Located in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo in the charming Garden Street district, SLO Delicious Bake Shop™ offers more than just baked goods. Designed as a boutique convenience bakeshop, SLO Delicious features a wide range of breakfast and lunch fare (frittatas, croissant sandwiches, sandwich bar, salads, etc.), as well as fresh-baked pastries, handmade chocolate truffles, birthday cakes, wedding cakes, and much more. Using only the finest quality ingredients, SLO Delicious products focus on quality and freshness, including vegan and gluten-free options.
OUR STORY
During a visit to the famous Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market and eating everything from tri-tip to roasted corn and chili fries, Mike and Gonzalo decided they wanted dessert. Gonzalo asked, “where can I get a great cheese Danish?” Michael replied, “I don’t think there really are any bakeries downtown.” They both looked at each other and instantly knew the answer, we should create one….and SLO Delicious was born!
