Project Description
After a fulfilling corporate career including hospitality, marketing, and project management (which unfortunately came with endless meetings and non-stop business travel), Michael decided he needed a change.
He had always enjoyed trips to the beautiful wine country around SLO, and it was also a go to spot for great hiking. He dreamt that maybe one day he’d get to take advantage of the beautiful beaches and the fantastic year-round weather and become a place he’d call home.
He made the jump and moved to SLO months before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Not willing to let this derail his dream of being a business owner in a place he’d come to love, he continued to look for the perfect space downtown. After months of looking at properties and existing businesses, he came across a former French cheese shop that was the perfect spot for what now is SLO Delicious!
